The Festival, in its fifth edition, focuses on the diffusion of films with themes that are included in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, \u201cfrom a pluralistic vision, based on reconciliation and the culture of peace.\u201d The selection criteria for the Madrid Festival is, in part, a response to the threat to human rights posed by the rise of authoritarian political trends in the world and the pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>The selection of films to be presented by the Koubek Center and the Spanish Cultural Center includes documentaries and works of fiction. All films are in Spanish with English subtitles.<\/p>\n<p>To access the film presentations, those interested must RSVP and register using the link below the festival announcements. Then, by email, they will receive a link and password the day of the films.
