DESCRIPTION:Dancer and Master Instructor Marisol Blanco offers a weekly Afro-Cuban dance class that spans the history\, songs\, steps\, beats\, passion\, mysticism\, and intensity of Cuban folklore and culture. The course includes traditional ballroom dances such as the danzón\, mambo\, cha cha chá\, pilón\, mozambique\, son and the casino. Marisol will also teach dances of the Afro-Cuban heritage such as rumba (in its various expressions: yambú\, guaguancó and columbia); and of various ethnicities and African traditions including Yoruba (from the Orichas)\, Aará (Fodunes)\, Bantú (Mpungos) and also Haitian (Loaces). \nTuesdays Beginners. \nThursdays Intermediate. \nLa bailarina y profesora de baile Marisol Blanco ofrece sus clases semanales de danza afrocubana que abarcan la historia\, las canciones\, los pasos\, y la intensidad y la mística de la cultura y el folklore cubano. DESCRIPTION:El aclamado Festival Internacional de Teatro Hispano de Miami (FITH)\, presentado por Teatro Avante\, Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts\, Miami-Dade County Auditorium at the Westchester Cultural Arts Center\, Miami Dade College’s Koubek Center y The Roxy Theatre Group\, celebrará su cuadragésima edición con la participación de destacadas compañías teatrales de América Latina\, España y Estados Unidos. \n\nEl Festival se celebrará del 3 al 27 de septiembre de 2026.\nTendrá una duración de cuatro semanas\, con funciones de jueves o viernes a domingo.\nSe llevará a cabo en Miami y Key Biscayne.\nPresentará 9 espectáculos provenientes de 6 países: Argentina\, Chile\, España\, Estados Unidos\, Perú y Uruguay.\nLas funciones serán en español; una de las producciones contará con supertítulos en inglés.\nEl Programa Educativo\, dirigido por la Dra. Beatriz J.
